Biogeochemical measurements
Combined with a study of the initial state of the soil, this material allows:
- The accurate and local characterization of the soil (density, temperature, conductivity...) and of the litter.
- The quantitative measurement and sampling of waters from different compartments (rain, leachate, soil-related water, water table...) for the analysis of dissolved minerals.
Through a combination of these different measures, we can determine the stocks of minerals in the soil and the various incoming and outgoing flux as well as their availability and the exchanges with the biosphere.
